Success: Bergen Law Defeats Media Company

At Bergen Law, attorney Doug Standriff defeated a media company’s request for variances next to his client’s office building. 

Outfront Media proposed installing a forty-foot tall digital billboard next to Bergen Law’s client’s office building. Located on Route 17, in Ridgewood, New Jersey, the granted application would have resulted in a 10ft. x 40ft. digital billboard within 125 feet of the client’s office building. Attorney Standriff opposed the application over the course of two and a half years, and eleven Zoning Board meetings. On July 23, 2024, the Zoning Board voted unanimously to deny the application.
